docs(readme): 联系和加入社区段落补上微信群二维码

之前只写"年会恢复更新以后放出最新社区地址"，现在直接挂 doc/wechat.png 上去。
GitHub 渲染相对路径图片时按 raw.githubusercontent.com 自动转，无需 CDN。
