更新多个组件的样式和功能：在 PluginCard.vue 中调整更新日志对话框的最大高度；在 TorrentCard.vue 中替换图片组件为 VImg，并添加打开详细信息的图标；在 resource.vue 中提升进度条卡片的阴影效果；在 vuetify 默认设置中为 VDialog 添加阴影和圆角；在样式文件中为选项卡激活状态添加背景色。
