* feat(subscribe): refine execution status polling

* refactor(subscribe): remove unused retry capability

* fix(subscribe): serialize execution recovery polling

* fix(subscribe): keep lightweight batch polling active

* fix(subscribe): resync after batch polling recovery

* fix(subscribe): decouple batch and list polling

* fix(subscribe): prioritize terminal batch states
