DDSRem 0312a500a6 refactor(plugin): replace deprecated pkg_resources with importlib.metadata 
- Use distributions() in __get_installed_packages for installed packages
- Use packaging.requirements.Requirement, drop pkg_resources dependency
- __standardize_pkg_name: normalize dots to underscores (PEP-style)
- Keep max version when multiple distributions exist for same package

Attente 6755202958 feat(cache): 使用 fresh 和 async_fresh 统一缓存控制方式 
- 修复因缓存导致的插件更新后仍有更新提示的问题
- 统一使用 fresh/async_fresh 控制缓存行为
- 调整 TMDb 模块缓存策略，优化异步请求缓存清除机制
- 移除冗余的缓存方法封装，减少调用层级
- 简化 PluginHelper 中的缓存方法结构，移除 force 参数
