🔧 chore(deps/bindings): 同步直接依赖与原生窗口类型

Browse Source 
- 将代码直接使用的 golang.org/x/sync 标记为直接依赖
- 为 Wails OperationResult 绑定补充 applied 可选字段
- 在构造阶段同步反序列化 applied 以保持前后端类型一致
