🔧 fix(tab-manager): 修复切换Tab导致表数据编辑与筛选状态丢失

- 移除非活动业务Tab内容置空逻辑，避免DataViewer/DataGrid卸载重建
- 设置 destroyInactiveTabPane=false，确保切换Tab不销毁页面
- 在 DataViewer 统一快照持久化并增加卸载兜底写回
- 保持切换Tab不自动刷新，仅手动刷新或显式状态变化触发加载
