Syngnat 4c2bec0487 🐛 fix(proxy): 修复 HTTP CONNECT 超时竞态
- 将 context deadline 触发的 socket timeout 归一化为 DeadlineExceeded
- 统一 CONNECT 请求写入和响应读取的取消错误语义
- 新增 deadline timeout 回归测试并完成高频握手验证
