Syngnat c23878504d feat(db): 创建数据库支持选择字符集与排序规则
MySQL 系数据源(mysql/mariadb/diros/oceanbase 及归一化为 mysql 的
goldendb/greatdb)创建数据库时可指定字符集与排序规则,不再强制
utf8mb4;空值使用服务器默认。新增 ListDatabaseCharsets /
ListDatabaseCollations 查询 SHOW CHARACTER SET / SHOW COLLATION,
字符集/排序规则标识符仅允许字母数字下划线,防止注入。
