- package.json / Cargo.toml / tauri.conf.json → 0.10.0
- CHANGELOG.md: 新增 v0.10.0 变更记录（7 新功能 + 10 修复 + 3 改进）
- docs/index.html: 官网下载链接更新到 0.10.0
- docs/update/latest.json: 热更新清单更新（hash 待 CI 填入）
- openclaw-version-policy.json: 新增 0.10.0 版本策略条目
