feat: 添加自定义 Headers 功能

- 在配置中添加 `CUSTOM_HEADERS` 选项,允许用户定义全局请求头。
- 更新 API 客户端,将自定义 `header` 应用于所有出站请求。
- 在配置页面上为 `CUSTOM_HEADERS` 添加了完整的前端编辑功能。
