doc/wechat.png 替换为最新版（396×396）。

⚠️ 前端 SettingPage/about.tsx:207 实际渲染的是腾讯云 COS 上的同名文件
   https://common-1304618721.cos.ap-chengdu.myqcloud.com/wechat.png
仓库这边只是源文件，CDN 那份需要项目维护者手动重新上传：
- 登录腾讯云 COS 控制台
- 找到 common-1304618721 桶
- 把根目录的 wechat.png 替换为 doc/wechat.png 这一份
