ea892a31c0 feat: enhance recognition and rule testing features 
- Updated maxWidth for NameTestView and RuleTestView dialogs to improve layout.
- Added new localization strings for recognition and rule testing in English, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese.
- Refactored NameTestView to include detailed analysis steps and summary items for better user feedback.
- Improved error handling and loading states in both NameTestView and RuleTestView.
- Redesigned form layouts for NameTestView and RuleTestView to enhance user experience and accessibility.
- Added computed properties for better data handling and display in the recognition and rule testing processes.
