feat(rss): 支持自定义User-Agent获取RSS。目前有些站点没有配置UA时会不能正确获取RSS内容
...
- 在RSS方法中新增ua参数用于指定User-Agent
- 更新RequestUtils调用以传递自定义User-Agent
- 修改torrents链中RSS解析逻辑以支持站点配置的ua字段
- 设置默认超时时间为30秒以增强稳定性
