jxxghp 9a74177d73 - 调整了CookieCloud同步逻辑，不再会同步无法登录的站点 
- 新增了手动添加站点功能
- 增强了目录监控插件，支持配置独立的转移目的目录
- 历史记录重新整理支持目录监控产生的记录
- 增强了RSS订阅插件，支持直接下载模式
- 修复了剧集刮削集的TMDBID错误的问题
- 修复了部分站点动漫电影分类无法搜索的问题
- 修复了媒体库多盘目录选择的问题
- 修复了自动转移做种插件
- 修复了媒体库刮削插件刮削错误的问题
- 增加了优先级匹配的日志打印
