🔧 chore(frontend): 同步 package 校验文件

Browse Source 
- 将 package.json.md5 同步为当前 frontend/package.json 的真实 MD5
- 消除工作台更新遗留的过期校验值
- 不改动依赖声明或自动生成的 TS 绑定
