fix(boss): 修正沟通页职位下拉选择器并重构未读会话批次处理

constant.mjs：将沟通页职位下拉选择器更新为 .dropmenu-label.chat-select-job；
chat-page-processor.mjs：未读会话改为每批 10 条循环处理，每批结束后
重新点击「未读」tab 刷新列表，并用 seenIds 防止重复处理。
