9dfad3884d make parameters in testcase template compatible with mapping style: 
new mapping style:
    parameters: {
        a: [1, 2, 3],
        b: "${P(f.csv)}"
    }

    Also, the former list style is still valid:
    extract: [
        {a: [1, 2, 3]},
        {b: "${P(f.csv)}"}
    ]
