- feat: add default header `HRUN-Request-ID` for each testcase #721

**Changed**

- remove support for Python 2.7
- replace logging with [loguru]
- replace string format with f-string
- remove dependency colorama and colorlog
- generate reports/logs folder in current working directory
- remove cli `--validate`
- remove cli `--pretty`
